I've stayed here and i gave you 4 stars because during the winter you no show any interest to clean the road who go to your house, as a community you can do something with the mayor but what for.. The house is clean but need a lot of improvements, like the mattresses and the noisy beds, the fact that is a hallway bathroom for 3 rooms...but they have rooms with private bathrooms too. The house owner is a nice lady and very helpful. The view is nice and the house is not on the main road so is pretty quiet area. They don't serve food but they provide a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor barbeque. Big parking lot, a trampoline for kids and a nice sitting area. I think is pretty nice during the summer, in winter too but the road is quite scary and dangerous.

Very comfortable stay, clean homely environment. We received extremely friendly service and we were well catered for all our needs. Very good value for money , will highly recommend this casa for anybody who wishes to come to north of Romania.

Donna illena is a wonderful host, always helpful and available.wonderful place for children The bulding is in good shape and clean. 2 kitchen (1 in and 1 out) full of equipment. Wifi is good outside but not in the whole building. Illena doesn't speak english but she is good in understanding needs.we planned to stay here 3 days but we decided to stay more.

O locație superbă! Casa de vacanță Silvia este locul potrivit dacă vreți să scăpați pe câteva zile de învălmășeala aglomerației din oraș și daca vreți să beneficiați de aerul curat de munte, priveliștea superbă și o gazdă primitoare și foarte de treabă. Camerele sunt dotate cu tot ce trebuie pentru un sejur deplin, curate, puteți beneficia și de o camera cu balcon cum am avut noi și de unde se deschide o panoramă absolut minunată. Este aproape de Gura Humorului și de partia Soimul, noi am mers si la partia Rarau de la Campulung Moldovenesc pentru ca nu erau decat 30 km pana acolo. Cu siguranță o să mai revenim cu drag!

Totul a fost excelent! Curățenie impecabila, pensiunea cea noua este ultramoderna, complet echipata. Gazdele foarte primitoare și mereu atente sa nu ducem lipsa de nimic. Felicitări d-na Silvia și băiatului dvs! Copiii au fost cei mai fericiți, locul de joaca i-a ținut ocupați, aproape toată ziua. Pentru ei am ales locația și ne bucuram ca am făcut-o. Vom mai reveni cu siguranță!
