Nice hotels, they really take care of their customers
This place is really not in a good shape. It looks good in the internet pictures but on site it is really bad. All rooms and facilities require a complete renewal.
This is a review for 4.5 stars It is perfect for families with kids, rooms really big, sams for the balcony Mid june visit review: The good: staff is nice, you have a lots of places to chill, multiple swiming areas, multiple places for kids to spend time, activities for kids and adults, very clean and they work to keep the place looking good, always fixing things, food is more than enough and really divers, lots of places to walk around and due to position of buildings, always windy, thats perfect for 30 C The bad: drinking bars have an issue, in the brouchoure the schedule is from 8 to 20, but really it is from 10 to 19... and the receptionist had no clue why... also the reception desk does not have to many informations available... the 2nd bad are the public bathrooms, not to many... Nice to have: snacks between meals like other allinclusive Overall a nice experience, we will return and try out the luxury/royale
Location: between the main Mamaia Sat road and the Black sea with construction sites right across the resort (south side). Book a room with inner garden or with sea view, otherwise it's going to be noisy experience. Facilities: six pools, two for adults. The beach is large, fairly clean and sandy. Staff: helpful and friendly. Rooms & cleanliness: fair, AC available and in working condition. Bathrooms might be smelly. TV available but no smart capabilities (Daewoo brand and very old CRTs). Food: good and available. Cakes are a bliss (Lebanese cuisine mostly). BBQ available for lunch / dinner. Home made bread is excellent. COVID-19 rules: largely not followed. Staff wears masks but more than 70% of the guest aren't. No enforcement. Disinfectants available in all places. Value for money: fair.
Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Constanta, Romania ! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, our names were mentioned on the board and we were upgraded to the Paradise Suite. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. The second day we had a chance to meet the humble owner of the hotel Mohammed, who works as a host in the hotel as well.Mohammed is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide (recommendable!). I truly enjoyed walking on the beach and the sand. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in the in centric environment. Note, this is not a 4 star hotel but sure felt like 5 stars, the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!
It is beautiful and wonderful. It has high and low chairs. I just love it.
