The worst experience ever with a courier services. I have to receive an envelope with a card from they. They call me when arrive at destination. I explain i’m not home and I wanted to pick up the envelope from headquarter. “They sad that It’s not possible. We must to give you personally”. After some calls where I explain is not ok what they do, I explain to them I will pick personally the envelope, they invite me at hq to pick my package between 9 and 18:00. I arrive at hq at 17:10 and they was already closed. I repeat they don’t have a minimum respect to clients. They are totally unprofessional. I open a suggestion at my bank to change the courier services because I didn’t have this experience until now. I will never use this your services.

The worst courier I have ever experienced. My package sits for 3 days in their Iasi deposit, they either don't care or lack the personnel in Iasi to do the last mile delivery.
The worst courier service I ever experienced. They failed to deliver my parcel 2 times (presumably the courier couldn't even find the address). The customer support just hanged up on me after I asked how can I get my parcel. After contacting them 5 (!) more times, one representative finally answered, that my parcel can be picked up at this office. Simply, the worst service I had the displeasure to deal with.
Customer service is nonexistent, takes them centuries to deliver anything. It's faster to walk to the sender and to get the package than send it through these guys.
This is the worst service available. They don’t even text you with the delivery date anymore and they call you when they are in front of your house expecting you to be available 24/7.

It's a (kinda) good service, the entrance it's right after LeRoy Merlin parking place. Honestly, the delivery can delay up to 48 h. There are situations when they do not deliver and you'll need to pick your package from them.
They never inform you what time or date they will deliver .When you try to call them they even not answering or they act so rude and do not respond or hang up on your face Very rude employee, .they take ages long time to deliver
