The stuff is very rude and slow. After I waited in line for 1 HOUR, I had to wait an additional 6 minutes so the lady can give 2 calls. It took them 1 HOUR to handle 6-7 people...

Very UNPROFFESSIONAL. The staff is talking rude to the old people and also the old people are talking rude with the staff. In the summer it is very hot there because there is no air conditioner. The old people are skipping the line.

De câțiva ani s-au mutat aici chinezăriile și încă câteva servicii cărora doamnele nu mai reusesc să le facă față. Mereu e coada de câte 2-3 ore. Ar fi bine ca instituția să ia măsuri.
