Review is just for the building. If worse could get worsen, this would be the perfect example. Building is right at the edge of the city. If you want to get back to the city, you have to drive 1.6km just to get back in front of the building but on the other side of the road (15-20minutes at rush hour). There are not enough parking spaces available and you cannot park anywhere nearby (unless you want to park your car on the fields, which is not an option if it rains or snows). You can rent a parking space if you want for 60euro/month which is more expensive then a parking space in the town center (parking space which is covered, heated, with CCTV surveillance and with security personnel at only 33euro/month). If you're visiting, you have to pay 3lei/hour (0.63euro) just as expensive as in town center. It's windy all the time, there's no shadow in the summer and dusty. No facilities nearby, just 1 restaurant at walking distance. Outside noise is high due to traffic. The building has just one toilet/floor at around 150 people. The only star given for this building is because the firms are trying to compensate with interior design changing the aquarium feeling you get inside.
