Good: facility services are really competent and helpful as well as fast; the Rose Garden in front is really nice; the ambient inside is not bad due to natural stone floors and walls; the reception is opened 24/7 and you can buy there some juice and water; the kitchen is not bad and was always roomy enough for the whole floor; the cantine is not bad and really worth the money; the rooms are spacious enough for two persons living in the room; there are some surveillance cameras on the floors so nobody would enter your room unseen Bad: the smell inside is kinda bad seems like the walls are wet or something like that; the washing service is aweful, sometimes the clothes came back smellier than I brought them; the balcony is FULL of birdshit and you will hang up your clothes just next to it, the dry clothes will be full of (birdshit-) dust and feathers; its not always sure if you have hot water to shower; there is no room to meat others or have dinner together so they will take care that you dont get in touch too much with each other; in our room the internet connection in the evenings and nights was also really unstable others told us this is normal; the noise from the street can be disturbing If I went to Iasi again I would search for a flat with some room mates. It won't be much more expensive but the living standard will be much higher.
