An oasis of silence and peace to visit in the middle of the city. Really needs to be seen, priest Marcel is great and can be put in the dictionary as an practical example for kindness. The monastery is Build in 1582 - 1584 by the ruler Petru Schiopul. It was a normal habit for those times for the political ruler to sponsor and become a patron in the build of monasteries as a symbol of status and support for the his faith and the peoples faith. The settlemen is situated in one of the 7 hills of Iasi, and at his time was pretty away from the city center... as today the city expanded and the place become a part of the city. The settlement is for nuns it looks amazing as the nuns are really keen on order and discipline, both physically and spiritually.

This Monastery is placed at the side of the city so there shouldn't be much traffic ,but it's very popular so a lot of people come to it. And there's also a lot of trees that haven't been cut down.
