Food is good but serving a bit slow although it was 10AM it took about 30 minutes to serve a sandwich.
Good coffee overlooking the palace and next to amenities. Also service was friendly and attentive
Staff need to get off their phones and go back to school as they are idiots. Had a lovely time one day so decided to return for more as you do, and we ordered a dessert which we were told after we complained once that it would melt. You would need a nail and a hammer to cut through it even after 30 mins. Armaretto sour is not a sour without egg whites. Staff need to seriously get their act together you need to shout at them to get their attention. Management is no better as they deleted my Facebook review as they can’t handle a bit of criticism. Don’t go here plenty of nice places capable of fantastic service even next door. AVOID
