I know they have lots of problems but at the moment, this is my review. I've been closing a contract and starting a new one. The lady from the office was very kind and helpful and the operation, not simple at all, took less than expected.

I came for my summer holidays to stay at Iasi but everyday have been experiencing electric outages,btw I stay near Dancu i believe it's named. (Update)I am still in the dark.Right now i had completed 24 hours without electricity.I contacted them but their luck of profesonalism and experience was dreadfull. may explain why:First of all they didnt know to tell me what is happening at the moment being and the second time when i called again the new operator told they didnt registered the issue. (Update 2) After few hours may exactly (1 hour and 23 minute) they fixed the issue.

This company cannot deliver anything but the bills. E-on gives s constant electric current drops, that is never stable 220W. The customer service provides a typical post-communist display of rudeness. One star would be a favor to give.

Experienta ca inainte de '89 chiar si cu programare online. Domnul de la ghiseu era cam irascibil. Nici nu mi s-a oferit timp sa citesc contractul; doar mi se indica cu degetul unde sa semnez. Langa mine unei doamne i se vorbea pe un ton ridicat deoarece a indraznit sa mentioneze ca primise informatii contradictorii (de la angajatii E-on). Inteleg ca mai sunt si oameni nestiutori, dar nu inteleg ce vina am avut eu. Domnisoara de la intrare a fost foarte amabila, motiv pentru care acord doua stele si nu una.
