It’ll always be my second home. I’ve been living here 10 months (2017-2018) and I can tell you that you ’ll LOVE this place. Don’t come with any expectations!

Nice rooms, clean, it one of the better dorms in the city. Rooms are for 2ppl and ech room has his own private bathroom and toilet. Only the kitchen isn't always that clean it's depending on wich floor you sleep. And it's cheap compaired to other dorms or apparemments in the city.

Lived here for 4 months, standard facilities (heater during winter, hot water, kitchen, bathroom in every room). Both T7 and T8 are considered as the best Dormitory in Tudor Vladimirescu by the students. In a room, there will be 2 students that need to pay 150 lei each month (during the even semester of 2017/2018). Close to Iulius Mall (the same as other camins), real close to the cantina. You can find a printbox machine in the lobby. The administrator can't speak english, so bringing a phone to use google translate or a local friend is a must. So does the cleaning ladies (they're not really friendly, from my experience there. One of them scolded me in Romanian, and you can shut them up by giving a few lei. Again, based on my experience.) Some of the floors could be super noisy due to people partying inside the room (even tho it is forbidden), it has 5 stories, and living at the top story will surely help you to lose some weight and become a daily sport. Bringing heavy luggage upstairs is also really hard. They installed new surveillance cameras, hopefully it work better than the last one. Internet speed is good (for me), they only give you the cable so if you need wifi, bring your own router. Sometimes the internet isnt working, but not really frequent. They have a water dispenser on every level, good enough for me but some of my friends still buy bottled water to drink. The rating is good because I met a lot of amazing friends
