This place seems well managed both indoor and outdoor.There are many useful items for building,renovating or decorating homes and gardens. The prices vary from low to high and the employees are very Nice.The parking spots near the store may be insufficient some days but that's really not a problem.
Was asked to leave my backpack at the entrance by the security guard even though the lockers are not secured. When I went on to show him that it only contained 2 bottles of water and a cleaning product for which I have the receipt, he still would not allow me to take my backpack with me. Which was odd seeing that 6 or more customers entered with backpacks, purses, or different sized bags in the store before me unhindered. I understand he was trying to do his job and he was somewhat polite, but he either neglected to mention the same thing to all previous customers which had bags, or I faced some kind of discrimination. I would like to believe this was just some kind of mistake.

I visited the Brico Depot in Tudor Vladimirescu, they had different prices shown and all the products were mixed together. I've asked for help and the employee, a woman in her 50's, was extremely rude, snappy and acted like we've offended her by asking why the prices were different at the cash register and how can we find the price for the item we want.She left, acting very upset, while one of her colleagues came and told us the prices were in fact changed 3 days ago, they didn't have time to change them and this is why they had the old ones listed. We've bought the product but the difference was around 12 Euro. We would not want to visit this store again.
