Poor service & unfriendly.
Front desk personel is not very friendly. Service staff is ok. Maintenance appointments are well managed and the workshop traffic is fluent. An overall professional attitude.

Dissapointed. I had to return to service after noticing myself that there were still issues with my steering box aftering being replaced with a new one. The guys did not verify enough or did not verify at all that the new steering box was working properly. Also, the time to get a time slot for your car is really bad. I had to wait weeks for some parts replacements. They should hire more people if the demand is high.
Buy and service Ford in very good condition!
