Very high profit oriented clinic and not patient oriented. I can understand that being a private clinic making profit is crucial, but I don't get it why patients that are actually paying the money are not considered a priority (in most of the cases). On the other hand, unfortunately a lot of the medical specialists (with a very few exceptions) don't have the necessary preparation - I dealt multiple times with the incapacity of identifying a specific diagnosis or being sent for unnecessary and unjustifiable further investigations. I've been Arcadia's patient since 2011, but besides external factors such as cleanliness or performant equipments I am very disappointed with the overall medical practice and the way patients are treated.

Don't even consider taking your children there. My 3yr old child was booked for a check that was supposed to assess a hand infection, so pretty serious. The booking was done for the next hour and a half but when we arrived there, we were told that the doctor is not available and the next booking will be in 4 hours!! They even booked other patients without considering our booking. They wanted to charge me for asking a quick check by a doctor or nurse as our kid wasn't even assessed...This place is a money factory not a hospital. Totally appalling attitude towards patients, especially to children who are supposed to have priority.

AVOID USING FOR YOUR KID This morning I went for a vaccination for the kid and the doctor explained she doesn't own the hospital so she really doesn't care. On the competency part she made up medical information and when questioned about them ...she looked...saw was wrong and started again to say she doesn't care because she doesn't own the hospital. People like this should not care the health of our child

I did some kinetotheraphy there and I had a good time there. Even if the parking is pretty big sometimes you don't find a spot. Sometimes wild animals show up.

Dr. Cozma gets 5 stars but the receptionist and nurse from the 4'th floor of cardiology get 1 star for the behaviour that was the vice versa of the Arcadia message displayed in adds on the wall. Lack of diplomacy,humanity,heart and most of not willing to say back hello...this is the behaviour displayed versus an 82 year old granny that was scheduled for medical check.
