At the base of the human operating system there are routines, cycles, patterns, fractals,... loops. Some are useful but some are not. How do you know you're in a not helpful loop? This requires self awareness and basically it will look like you're on "repeat mode"​. It's like Life is trying to give you again and again the same lesson, offering you the chance to learn it eventually! You will notice that you're not evolving and you feel stuck. To exit this kind of loop takes decisiveness and vision, to propel you from the 2D loop into a 3D up-going spiral. My mission is to support people to breakout from their loops and start growing into their next best version, by developing awareness and vertical thinking, thru meaningful coaching conversation.
