A chic, neat hotel with a staff willing to solve any problem even in the current health situation. I was impressed by the ash wood wall furniture in the lounge and restaurant that gives distinction to the space.

Good service and clean room. However, the noise at night from the street below is loud and you cannot sleep with the closed window as it's hot. Nice breakfast choice, lots of diversity. Good bar in the lobby. Terrace service can be a bit slow but the place gets busy. Improvements could be made with the room, extra touches and repairs could make it better. No air con, so if it's very hot outside, expect sweaty and sleepless nights, and not the good kind.

I was there in 2014 for a 10 Days long International astronomy Olympiad , that was awesome . There service and food was Very good.

Room clean an nice. Heat too much for our taste but can solve by turn it down and opening windows. We tried dinner and breakfast but food was not great actually was rather plain, so we chose other places afterwards. Also we asked for bath robes and slippers but got only the latter by going ourselves to take.. On the other side view was very nice. Ohhh an no one clean our room. All in all, ok but there are some aspects they can improve

Barely a three stars even they said it is a four stars hotel. Bed regular. With very very poor pillows. The courts in to block the sun in the morning is useless it doesn’t block anything, at 5.30 in the morning all sunlight came into the room waking you up. The bathroom very dark if you want to shave yourself or make you up it is very difficult because there is almost no light. In the good points. There are a big car parking private in the front of the hotel and the restaurant has tradicional dishes at good prices.

Great services and very nice view from the balcony from the 7th floor. A little noisy at night but overall a good experience.

A good hotel, well located, with restaurant and an impressive lobby. I would give five stars for the restaurant chef, delicious food. We tried more elaborated dishes, mediterraneam included, and everything was beyond expections. The rooms need a little bit of maintenance, furniture too. Overall, the room was nice and the bathroom, spacious.

I don't recommend this hotel , especially the restaurant outside, we wanted to have some meal and they did not allow us, because we where not booked in the hotel, so we went to eat at the Buchenland Hotel (they had no obiections serving us). In other words avoid this hotel and and search somewhere else to eat ( Arinis Restaurants, Buchenland, etc). Wish you the best moments in Romania and read the feedbals everywhere you go :).
