On the evening of 18th of April, in Otopeni Airport, a gentlemen from this company, after admitting they have space in the bus for another person, to take me to Brasov, he’s refused to take me on the principle that I’ve had a reservation (which I’ve lost) with another company, non related with them.
LE: Amended the date to correct month. My apologies for the confusion. In order to avoid confusions and lie accusations, I will detail my conversation with the gentlemen from the moment I’ve approached him:
-Good evening, are you going to Braşov?
-Yes, do you have reservation?
-No, not with you. I’ve lost my previous reservation. Do you have space?
-Yes, I’ve got space for another one. What reservation have you had?
-I’ve booked a seat with XXX (another company), but they’ve left a few minutes ago, so I’ve lost it.
-Alright, let me check for you.
Pulls out phone, rings XXX company and inquirers information about myself
-Yes sir, they’ve moved your reservation for another shuttle at 1.
-Ok, but I want to go with you, that booking is another away.
-Sorry, can’t do. We don’t take customers from one to another.
-Ok, thank you.
So facts, I haven’t travelled with this company, I didn’t use their services, because I was not allowed to. Seeing the level up to which this review has escalated in terms of conflict with the individual who is some sort of stake holder into the company, contacting me privately on fb, calling me a liar, asking me desperately to remove my review, I’m very glad that I didn’t. You have all the facts and my experience openly presented here. It’s up to you to decide if and when you would like to use them.
