EN UPDATE: Dear Sova Impex S.R.L: The fact that you're writing the same comment under all the negative reviews is just PATHETIC. Ladies and gents, I have ACTUALLY used the company's \product\ and service (God knows I will always REGRET it) and I freaking LOST MY LUGGAGE while traveling home for Easter by their bus. Since then, I have tried many times and ways to get in touch with them, to at least get some kind of compensation but still haven't heard a word from them, they do not care, they do not think it's their responsibility, even though it is, and they have not shown any sign of interest towards this case. They've just sent me to their insurer, and guess what, THEY DON'T HAVE ANY INSURANCE for these kinds of cases. BRAVO! HU: Végeztem a céggel, és mindenkinek azt ajánlom, hogy messzire kerülje őket, mert ha bármi probléma adódik, ők biztos nem fognak sem felelősséget vállalni, sem kárpótolni, sem pedig bármiféle empátiát kinyilvánítani. Az utánfutóból a sofőr gondatlansága következtében kieső, és többé meg nem talált csomagom elvesztéséért nemcsak, hogy nem hajlandóak kárpótolni, de ráadásul hidegen hagyja őket a helyzetem. Egyetlen céggel sem találkoztam korábban, amely ennyire felháborítóan és egocentrikusan viselkedett volna.

Ajánlom ezt a társaságot ha: 1. Nem zavar, hogy a sofőr egy kézzel vezet, másikkal telefonál (- egy *) 2. Szívesen ébredsz nyakmerevedett álmodból éjszaka 2-kor bömbölő 'szintis' magyar mulatósra ( - egy *) A sportos előzéseket úgy döntöttem elnézem, mert legalább korábban célba értünk.

Felelőtlen, tisztességtelen társaság! Kerülje őket, aki csak teheti! Evitați firma, sunt total neserioși și inumani!
Stimate Cristi Chelmus , mulțumim pentru opinie , dar doresc să vă aduc la cunoștință că firma Sova Impex de mai mulți ani se ocupă doar cu transport internațional , deoarece a vândut cursele interne. Firma care prestează serviciile de transport pe ruta Sic-Gherla-Cluj încă nu a schimbat inscripționările de pe autobuze. Autobuzele noastre , a firmei Sova Impex sunt noi , toate dotate cu clima conform standardelor internaționale . Ne cerem scuze pentru nemulțumirea dumnevoastră.
