The company was created back in the year of 2000 aiming to apply the theoretical acknowledgements in experimental researches, mainly in shipbuilding market. It is about the domain of structure vibrations, torsional vibrations, human vibrations, ship noise level, manoeuvring qualities (turning circles, man overboard, inertia, crash-stop, zigzag and pull-out), dynamic torque and static torque inside diesel engine - gear box - shaft-line -propeller, bollard pull, illumination and thermo vision on board ships. A sustained investment effort has been made along many years to acquire performing equipment (even zero class accuracy) over or on same level with those of universities or research institutes in the field: portable analysers, multichannel digital recorders, accelerometers, vibroports, sound level meters, noise and vibrations calibrators, strain gauge instruments, load cells, lux-meters and thermovision cameras. Later, the company activity extended to researches and analyses to cranes, wind turbines, turbo-compressors tramway path, noise maps of ports and roadways. Our latest investment refers to a project "Research and technology transfer of advanced materials, nanostructures and manufacturing technologies for the development of renewable energy systems"​ having Dunărea de Jos University of Galați as partner. The project overall objective is to create advanced polymeric materials, nanostructures and production technologies for the development of solar energy systems (photovoltaic panels, mechanical systems to fix, tie and orient the panels). Moreover, the project aims to improve the research and development infrastructure as a prerequisite for the research activity efficiency which will determine a high quality of the scientific results and an increase of the international visibility. The project specific objectives are: design and creation of composite materials which allow to obtain energy through the conversion of solar, thermal or deformation energy.
