Good people, friendly service, good photos. If you are coming here for passport/ ID/ visa photos, do come prepared with the exact criteria (photo size, head size, background colour etc) required by the issuing authority - because while Foto Unirii are a very good photo service, you should not expect them to know the photo requirements of every single country. Would definitely recommend/ use again.

Poor service. Staff does not know the specifications and guidelines of the photo needed for Romanian ID card. Came in to do a photo for the a Romanian ID card (they advertise that they do for all ID and passport photos) and explain the guy there that I need it for ID. The result was that I got images that are not good for use in the ID as they don't follow the guidelines (should have white in the bottom) When coming back to ask them to reprint this to match the guidelines of the ID they said I did not tell them exactly what I need. My suggestions is get your photos from somewhere more professional.

For me the experience was ok. It took literally under 5 minutes to have my photo taken, have it printed and be ready to go. Super fast and efficient. Also, I love that this is the only place in Bucharest which I found open on a Sunday. I guess the staff could be a little more attentive but overall he got the job done very fast and qualitative so I was fine with it and I do recommend this place for quick service.

I needed to have printed 8 43 pictures. The cashier was apathetic and it took him like 5 minutes to take the USB memory stick and send the pictures to printing. The nice thing was that I was offered to have the background removed from the portrait. The service was kind of pricey (25 RON) for 8 simple portraits, and I don't know why it takes 30 minutes to get the photos printed. The only benefit of this place is that it offers passport photos.
