Even though this is a public institution which should be in the service of the citizen, the employees are extremely arrogant and defying, treating you like an animal. Also each of them invents their own rules, one tells you something, another tells you totally different. There are some exceptions, few of them doing their best to be helpful and friendly

Very lovely flowers in front of the place and there are very friendly people, polite and helpful. Most of the time solved the queries I needed but happen that some certain person behave inappropriate for a simple situation. We all go through a pandemic and we stress, there is no need of shouting because there is lot of work to do, we all have our jobs and behave accordingly. So given 4/5 because of certain situation. Otherwise, really nice place. And keep up the good stuff.

Poor public service and administration. It is not keeping up with the fast growing of residential expansion.
Dupa ce am luat formularul tip și mi sa calculat taxa ce trebuie achitata In curte, am întrat la registratura am primit nr de înregistrare însă când sa achit am fost scoasa afara, ca mai era o dna care trebuia sa achite 7 lei și sa a trebuit sa stau 30 min cât a fost pauza de masa sa pot achita taxa ptr prelungire urbanism ca domnul portar a considerat ca e plătit sa ma dea afara de... o ora sa înregistrezi o cerere. Și mulți nervi
Domnul de la pază foarte amabil, ne-a oferit toate informatiile de care aveam nevoie.
Doamna de la registratura foarte amabila si operativa, experienta placuta pt. O institutie bugetara !
