Michel is a true professional that puts passion in what he does and cares about his customers. He fixed our balcony door which wasn't closing properly, letting in all the cold and noise from outside. He explained everything he needs to do and offered very good and honest advice. I am extremely satisfied with his services and I was also very impressed by his punctuality. Michael is truly a professional and he will not stop until he opens any door. He is really passionate about his work and considers every job as solving a puzzle. We use an automatic wireless lock which stopped working, locking us outside in the middle of the night. We called Michael, and, even tho it was pretty late, he arrived in 30 min. With the key inside, on the other side of the door, he opened our door quickly and without a problem. The next day he also helped us install a new system, all for a good price. Thank you!
