It is so difficult to get to work or back home from/in this area. Apartments are so bad made, i literally hear my neighbour discussions with some one (o can join there conversation and say something about topic they are discussing). I can hear my neighbour from the building in front my building.
This residential complex is relatively close to the AFI Palace mall and corporate area. It is accessible from Iuliu Maniu Blvd, close to Metro Military, Auchan Militari, which are further than Pacii subway station. The complex includes many similar blocks of flats and studios. Close by, there are a few smaller next-door shops, one or two eateries, a gas station etc. I had the chance to visit a studio with a living room, sleeping area (small bedroom, but open space with the living room), balcony-kitchen and bathroom. The finishings and interior decorations are nice, in well-balanced colors and plenty of natural light. But the studio didn't include air-conditioning, blackouts and mosquito-nets. Overall, the place was a cozy home. I don't know much about the rent, but it's probably around 300 eur per month.

No respect for the customers after the buy. They are continuosly building other buildings and did not finish the already sold ones. They do not respect the environment and they are making noise and a very big mess on the common road without carring about the other people living there.
