Auf unserer Radreise 2013 entrlang der Donau zum Schwarzen Meer radelten wir auch durch Dorobanțu. Hier unser kleiner Reisebericht dazu: Mittlerweile war es 12.50 Uhr als wir Chirnogi erreichten und unseren Weg durch die Orte Oltenita, Ulmeni, Cetatea Veche, Spantov, Stancea, Chiselet nach Manastirea fortsetzten. Entlang der Staumauer an der auch ein marodes, halb zerfallenes Wasserkraftwerk in Betrieb war (Fotos) fuhren wir durch Dorobantu.
