For a mountain lodge this place is near perfect. A quiet environment, nice views, a large children playground in the back and a friend friendly staff make this venue a must go to for those seeking a nice vacation in the Retezat Mountains. For a group of mountain hikers this place is a true heaven, with hot showers, nice bathrooms and a place to leave your car while hiking the peaks. However, the menu is rather short in options and the cooking skills are questionable. All in all highly recommended!
Excellent cabana. Probably my best in Romania. The owners are extremely nice, the food is good and abundant and the prices are more than OK (62 lei for a bed in dorm dinner breakfast).

We loved it.Our host was very nice and the food was good.We were even allowed with our dog.Accomodation was very clean and there were some really nice artworks on the walls.I definitelly recomend it.
Recomand pentru un popas, weekend sau pentru un timp mai indelungat. Locatia este superba, peisaj de poveste, mancare deosebit de gustoasa si personal foarte amabil. Recomand. O placere sa descopar cabana ai pe doamna Marga.
Un peisaj mirific, insa drumul o mica parte din el lasa de dorit.
הגענו באמצע הלילה. פתחו לנו. מחיר מצויין עוד 10 ליי למקלחת חמה. כמו בכל האזור אין חיבור לחשמל ולכן החשמל ממש בקמצנות.
