For a package received through them, needing it, I had to go personally to pick it up, otherwise I had to wait a few more days until they were going to distribute it. Without discussion, the worst courier company in the whole country.

Not a delivery company, just a bad joke.
Who thought it was a good idea to move from the center of the city to outside of it? With other couriers, if I missed a delivery(which I often did since they only called once and didn't even get out of the van to ring the intercom) I would just get the package the next day. With Fan's new location I have to spend at least 20 minutes to go and pick up the package. I understand downgrading to a less central location, but how about somewhere WITHIN the actual city? I can't believe they don't have the funds, their branches are popping up like mushrooms in other cities.
