Great services, helpful and nice staff, amazing breakfast and fantastic location. High quality, passion and professionalism you will find here if you decide to visit. The trips are a bit expensive in my opinion but you should take at least one. Danube Delta has fantastic and unbelievable beauties and wonders.I recommend the place.

Good looking, nice building, good services
I really wish i could say that we loved it here but that really wasn’t the case. The only things that were really nice were the room ( we booked a double deluxe), the breakfast and the view. Besides these positives points it wasn’t great. The restaurant service was awful, some of the waiters were actually rude. One night we waited 30 mins for someone to brings us some menus, meanwhile we had 3 waiters asking us if we ordered(none of them brought us menus). We asked for 2 blankets because it was very cold, they told us there aren’t any left, after a couple of minutes apparently they found some for some other table. Large groups are treated very nicely while they don’t pay any attention to couples. Everyone was welcomed with refreshing towels and prosecco except us. They don’t have fresh fish, and mind you the location is in the Danube Delta!! The restaurant has very few options, and some of them weren’t even available, besides that, nobody presents the specials, if you don’t ask no one tells you. The price for a dinner at the Cherhana is 150 RON per person, and the buffet was really bad, less options than the breakfast buffet. As for the spa, we first booked the Re-shape and Reboost one and it was great, next day we made an appointment at the reception for a scrub, when we arrived at the massage room we were informed that it is not available. After all of this, which is definitely not 5 star customer service, they had the nerve to call us 2 hours after we checked out to ask if we payed for the room! All in all, our experience was definitely not good i suggest you save your money and stay with locals because they definitely do not deserve your money.
Well organized and clean Location can be reached only by boat, in about 45 min. from their parking in Murighiol. Like I mentioned in the title, I want to underline from the beginning the level of the organization in all actions and activities here. Parking, transfer, receiving, location presentation, restaurants etc... were well done and....... I am not a person easy to be impressed. Room ( a junior suite) was enough spacious, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Food in the restaurant was above average with local and international cuisine, service was excellent and prompt, actually a big plus for all staff with whom I interfered, all of them are well trained, friendly and polite. Prices are high but fair, considering the location and the level of the quality offered. Unfortunately during my vacation the place was full , mainly with “ nouveau riche” type, who discovered recently the “cigars” ( they look like a monkey with a razor in their hand ) and of course accompanied with rude and noisy stupid kids, you know what I am saying...... imitations of millionaires . Overall a nice place to visit, just pay attention to the period, if you are a bit “antisocial” as I am..... Congratulations to the team who manage the place! Chapeau bas !!

Specific fish dishes do not rise in any case at a 5 star hotel.... The room was OK, and the pool and spa area also. Clean and pleasant. But if you go to the delta of danube, I think you expect an excellent fish menu, but it's not the case.... Unfortunately...
First of all everything is new, clean and they used high quality materials. A special care for the details. The staff is very friendly. A special remark for the restaurants: Cherhana is the dream of fish lovers and the restaurant is very stylish. Congratulation to the people which build such a site in Romania! We will come back.
