An excellent concept. Very well thought rooms and facilities (though a hairdryer would be useful- note that I didn't ask for one, but they have for sure, so ask if you need). The bad thing is that the walls are very thin and you will hear the other guests, which is extremely annoying. Also, we stayed in room 12, next to the reception at 1st floor, and you will hear the staff talking, and the traffic (the first room from the main road). So either the staff thinks about this and keeps quiet, or stay in another room, seriously...
