Definitely the best choice in Craiova. The hotel is exactly as the photos showing. The staff is amazing, especially Mr Catalin from the reception. I have goose feather allergy, and they solved the situation buying the proper ones for me till arriving! It is a real butique hotel, nice, bright, elegant, different. The bathroom could be a litle bigger, but it was very nice with all the toiletress. Pets are allowed on request. Of course room service, breakfast in room, massage services and all you want. We will come back for sure! Highly reccomand it!

Very nice hotel, reception were polite and friendly, the rooms were beautiful, spacious and clean. The minibar was expensive, the breakfast was delicious and had a great selection of food on offer and the room service was excellent. The manager was very helpful. The shower could be more powerful but that's about it. All amenities and extras were a delightful bonus, like the sewing kit, the shoe shine and vanity kit. Will definitely return if I am that way again.
Wonderful! The room with the huge balcony was more than perfect! Due to the corona restrictions, the breakfast was served in room service and was super. Highly recommended!
Ok,very nice and helpful personal,breakfast is good, parking with kameras,we was with motorbikes and there was no need to unload the bags because we were able to park in the front of the reception
One of the best in Craiova. Good service. Noisy for some rooms situated face to the road. Good food and afordable... Rooms are clean and the staff helpful. Town maps available on site and free of charge.

Stunning hotel! The room was incredibly beautiful and big, with an immense balcony. The swimming pool is without a fault: clean, large and new sun beds, clean and chlorinated water, nicely decorated yard with a few extra tables in the shadow. The strongest asset of the hotel is the saff, who's attention to details and kindness are over the top! A special thank you to Alex and Maria!
Thé bedroom is dirty. Some dust and spider web are present on and behind the TV, on the ground... But the main issue is on the bath room... The shower is fully dirty with residual soap, limestone.... That’s a pity because the restaurant is really nice with tasty meals.
