I tried to sell my apartment in Craiova through this agency, while I was abroad in England, where I've been living for the last 15 years. The agent, Alex Curteanu !!! had a dishonest behaviour and he tried to persuade me to sell my apartment at a much lower price than was in reality on the market. He asked me to send my house documents online and to sign a provisional contract online at that low price. I refused to do it. When I asked him to stop listing my apartment on the market, he didn't want. Misleading customers about pricing is a fraudulent action. The agent had a disrespectful attitude harassing me to accept low price offers. He keeps sending me silly message, but if he want a discussion this would take place in front of authorities. I hope it is clear. The agency should be ashamed to throw on the market such a guy without professional ethics! AVOID THEM!

Lack of professionalism and lack of respect for clients.They try to mislead and fool clients regarding the house prices on the market.They try to receive the commission without making effort. When I've complained to the owner, he just deviated the conversation, proving that he is not able to sort out the issue. This agency is on the edge of collapse.I do NOT recommend.

In my experience, this is the only agency one can work with in Craiova. In a city where agents don't answer the phone, forget appointments, promise details by email that never come, and so on, the team at Favorit Imobiliare did their job impeccably. They are responsive, fair, trying to negotiate everything in such a way that both the tenant and the landlord are satisfied. Plus, they are very nice and warm people. I cannot have enough words of praise for them.

Atata lipsa de respect fata de clienti este incredibila. Ca vanzator de imobil, ai toate sansele sa obtii cel mai scazut pret daca te adresezi acestei agentii, pentru ca ei favorizeaza cumparatorii-prieteni ori rude. Promovarea proprietatilor la vanzare este execrabila, probabil ca nu le ia mai mult de 5 secunde sa posteze un anunt derizoriu pentru care taxeaza 3% comision pebtru vanzator. La inchiriere apartament iti aduc numai chiriasi care stau cateva luni, apoi pleaca subit. Evident ca au interesul sa gaseasca chiriasi pe termen scurt, in scopul de a incasa comisionul la inchiriere cat mai des. Este clar ca nu rezista concurentei.
