You'd expect good food for the price listed in the menu but that couldn't be further from the truth. The only good things about this place are, of course, the view, and some of the drinks but that's it.

Highly enjoyable culinary delight. Really amazing from start to finish, attentive service and wonderful views completed the overall experience. Regarding the view, the best one is from the rooftop terrace, where you must get a reservation. There is a lovely view of the Constanta casino (too bad it is still in ruin), an amazing view to the sea and the waterfront promenade, the harbor. The view was complimented by amazingly fantastic food – tasty and with a beautiful plating. The plating was meant to enhance and complement the flavors of the creations, not distract from them. The staff was friendly, polite and attentive. The prices were very reasonable - medium compared to other places considering that the food is really flavorful and you get The View. Food was delivered fast at the table. We had the perch (biban), butterfish, seafood platter for one, burger and raspberry mojitos and lemonade. The flavors worked together beautifully. All the food was packed with aroma, dishes had a great consistency with very little to no oil, except for the seafood platter. Overall there was a nice, quiet atmosphere. They spaced tables out nicely. I'd imagine it's quite busier during high season or on weekends, but either way, we'll definitely be back! Highly recommended! We are already planning our next visit.
Beautiful view over the sea and casino, the staff is friendly and helpful, but the price to food quality ratio is awful. The dessert was rock hard and they used low quality ingredients for all the dishes we ordered. Nice for drinks but would not recommend for eating.

A beautiful place on the boardwalk near the sea. It deserves its name and I can say it's a place to see if you're staying in Constanța. Have a coffee or a cocktail, sit back and relax. The prices are a bit high, but nothing too out of this world. What I didn't like about it is the Piña Colada, which was more like rum with water and a splash of coconut. I have had way better Piña Coladas on many other occasions when visiting less fancy places. The service was all over place, they took almost 20 minutes to bring two drinks and they told us two different things when we asked if we could get food - one lady said that they only served pizza, another one said they only served poultry. To top it off, they mistakenly printed out bill before we asked for it and then we had to recap what we had so they could charge us properly. Overall, the place is alright.
Great view but that’s it. Very low quality service. The staff is very rude and food overpriced.
