After a long period in which all the restaurants were closed you would have said that things improved and the services got better, but no. At the entrance the host said that we can stay no more than an hour because people who want dinner will arrive and we have to make room for them. At the table we had a sticker where they said that we should search for the online menu. We did that and decided what we wanted. The waitress said that the online menu is not good and they changed everything and also she started mentioning all the food that they do not have in the new one... After an hour since arriving in the restaurant the food finally came and is was tasteful, here the 3 stars...They need to improve service because the view is 5 stars and food is good.

Good seafood, splendid sea view, nice staff and luxurious location
The location is very good, close to the beach, terraces, shipyard, Casino and the Wheel. Also its close to "old city", Ovidiu plaza; you can walk, visit around or enjoy the seaside. The room(4) was clean, the furniture is good, mattress-fine. The tv is a bit obsolete (bad signal maybe), smaller windows and the room was rather cold, however you can use the air conditioner to warm up. Covid wise, there is a lot of attention paid to relevant details, also the rooms dont have shared ventilation which i think is great. The restaurant was closed due to covid local regulations, however it seems to be wide, clean and having a great terrace. Delivery/take away was available though. Parking place available for guests and the receptionist lady was very kind and helpful. I will definitely check in again.
Great food and service, fancy looks. Great positioning by the touristic marina and hence some nice view too.
Simple, delicious menu, calm atmosphere, nice view, kind staff, clean bathrooms, and guest parking. I guess it's less busy now due to Covid 19, so I can't comment on service with a packed house, but I will say that for the quality and experience for the price is something to return to. The tuna tartar was surprisingly delicious - I would say a must-have starter, and the Saint Jacques (scallops) with truffle risotto was very nice as well. My wife got the turbot and seemed happy - she at least ate it all. :) Can't say it was extraordinary, but I see no reason not to give a perfect five stars, as it was at least "as advertised" and even better than expected.
Great food, great location, great decorations. The dessert is crazy good. Cozy place too. Prices after medium but great according with the location.
