Great breakfast! I am glad that they did sort out the queue and didn't have to wait 30 mins to eat the next days. There were few bumps here and there but they sorted it out quickly I would like to take this opportunity to say a massive Thank you to the young man at the breakfast desk . Well done to you! Always very polite and very attentive! Will definitely be back next year
Great dining experience! Sofra restaurant I really recommend for the great Turkish food, the only thing I would recommend to the owners is to train better the employees, for us it ruined a little the experience, took us 25 min of waiting at the table for someone to take our order, then when the food came they forget the “pita”bread and came almost 15 min later and we had to eat or the food was getting cold, and also for drinks we had to wait another 15 min because again he forget about the order. Anyway the 5 stars are for the location, the restaurant as it is arranged, and for the great food!

Service is reaaally but I mean really bad. The portions are quite small first of all compared to other Turkish restaurants in Constanta. It was my mum's bday, they took her food away as "it wasn't hers" then we had to wait for another meal for 40 mins wow it wasn't even that busy. My brother's gf also had a wrong order. Did I mention that they charge for bread and dips? Never seen that elsewhere. Should I add that I asked for a Coke 3 times and I never got it? I had to drink some of my mum's beer and I hate beer I really don't want to return there ever again. Oh and the flies...expect an invasion. PS: I am reviewing Sofra restaurant which is part of Oxford Hotel as per booking.com that states : "A tasty breakfast is served every morning at the property's restaurant Sofra."
A very good hotel!! Nice staff!! A really 4 star hotel! Here you will not have issues with parking, or food!
