One of the best in business and surely the best in town regarding spare parts, repair, maintenance or sales. They have proven in years that they will do the best to comply with your needs, prices look fair for original parts. Overall quality is good, fair prices and as a downturn could be a lack of personnel that makes it take a longer time than expected for some repairs, so if you are thinking of buying a new car from their portfolio or just make your maintenance you can rely on them that they will make it happen for you at the very best offer in town.

I have owned several Land Rovers throughout the years. Even more than the vehicles themselves, I fell in love with Land Rover service excellence. Land Rover should be ashamed to have this dealership as a Land Rover affiliate. From several hours to change tires, not catching completely worn brakes, poor customer service, to not even having a courtesy car to get food when it takes four times longer than the quote. On top of it all, the service manager will lie straight to your face. I am completely unimpressed, but mostly just disappointed. I will drive to Bucharest before my Rover comes back here.

The services provided are a disgrace. We ordered a Land Rover Discovery in September 2017 with the delivery as per the signed contract for beginning of March 2018. Now the delivery is set for end of March 2018, which is outside the maximum delivery period stipulated by the contract. I doubt that they will deliver it because they continuously provide contradicting lies about the delivery. First it was that the car in on board the ship and underway, then it was that it's waiting for embankment and then that Land Rover forgot to build the car(extremely unlikely). The sales director doesn't know what is written inside the contract and is extremely rude in her remarks towards the customers.
