55 minutes to was car, no waiting premisses for clients, bad experience for client, car wash, no complains.

Biggest hall in town to watch theatre, ballet and concerts and other cultural events

I grew up enjoying countless shows here. The main hall actually has the second best acoustic in the country. Pitty though they allowed a \manele\ club to be founded here. Also, there is a desperate need for a due major overhaul.

Old sovietic building, for such a rich city like Constanta this is a shame not to rebuild your Palace of culture

unfortunately nothing changed for over 20 years, it's a shame, such a beautiful place with a great potential..

My last visit there was about 19 years ago. Not so many changes, but still a work of art for the time it was built (1976-1983). And the show was surpisingly good having the fact the actors were from Bucharest.

Nice ballet show but the space is inappropriate, cold during winter and hot in the summer, bad sound. The foyer is dirty and not as it should be for a theatre

Its an old building where u can find a Xerox shop. It also has a driving school and a pub that caters both adults and kids named culture pub( i give a 3 star because of Culture Pub). Here you can find courses for dancing. Sometimes in front of the building there are these small faires where they sell clothes and foods.
