Professional attitude, however cold welcome. Had issues with a factory misaligned hood on my new Lincoln MKX (Ford Edge platform), and it vibrated hard at high speed. Initial feedback - nothing we can do. After a little insistence on my end, the service team finally aligned the hood (only took 5 minutes). Took it for a test drive to find the issue still present. Went back and they found out that the reinforcements of the hood were not sealed properly. They used sealant and now everything seems OK. The quality of the service is OK and they could adapt to a car that is very rare in Europe. However, I would suggest for them being more thorough from the beginning - it would be more effective and also provide a completely different customer experience.

I bought a car from them 3 years ago. After the car was wrong, they didn't give me what I asked for, nor did they want to cooperate, change it, even though the car was brand new. They forced me to take it because I paid it like the fool in advance. Then they said that it helps me to install the various missing equipment, but they never did. So I would not recommend Alliance Auto. I go to the competition, the Tiriac Auto. Personally I feel like I was cheated.

Please avoid. Probably the worst auto dealer and repair shop I've ever been in. It takes forever for someone to help you at the reception. It takes even longer to pay for something. The employees attitude is bad and disrespectful. And on top of it all, they scratched my car while it was in for a repair.

Manopera foarte scumpă, puși pe câștig, nu pe rezolvarea problemei. Am plecat așa cum am venit. Pentru că aveam firul ABS tăiat accidental ar fi trebuit să schimb întreaga instalație electrică.
A fost o experiență foarte neplăcută începând de la faptul că au desființat POS-ul și nu se mai poate plati cu cardul. Am fost chemat cu mașina marți dimineata și am primit devizul de reparații abia miercuri după amiază după ce am sunat miercuri de trei ori în cursul zilei sa aflu în ce stadiu se află mașină. După primirea devizului a trebuit să plătesc un avans de materiale deși valoarea facturii nu depășea 1000 Ron și în condițiile în care în patru ani de zile de când foloseam acest service pentru revizii nu a fost cazul să plătesc avans. Intr-un final am reușit să ridic mașină abia miercuri după amiază la o săptămână de la intrarea in service deși trebuiau înlocuite doar fulia la alternator, cureaua și un furtun. Mă întreb pentru intervenții mai ample cât durează ?
