Wieland and Wieland Ltd. was founded in 2012 as a small family enterprise and has been the official distributor of Neuland products since then. Today, it has a small team of five people as well as several external business partners. Veronika Wieland, Managing Director, is IAF Certified™ Professional Facilitator, coach, trainer, and organisational developer. Beforehand, Veronika Wieland had been working as Head of Training and Development at Tesco Hungary, and prior to that had worked as a trainer and moderator. She had fallen in love with these professional training accessories and techniques at that time, and has been a trustworthy and enthusiastic ambassador of these tools in the past cca. 20 years. Since 2012 there is a constantly growing number of the „fans” of Neuland products in Hungary who have been loyal to these special equipment and accessories. This success made us decide to start selling these products in Romania as well. We are serving private and corporate customers as well, but there are also customers from the non-profit sector. Our company not only sells the “hardware” but we also provide “software”, methodological trainings and workshops for trainers, developers, moderators and facilitators. We believe in the reliable and high standard, sustainable quality that never lets you down. We believe to a great extent in visualization, creativity that sleeps in everyone’s mind, and it can be released with the appropriate tools and facilitation. It has been a flourishing business cooperation with the German Neuland GmBH that has celebrated its 50 years anniversary in 2018.
