It doesn't matter if it is an Express or a cheaper service, it is always late (and not just a day or two, but much more - not even offering a specific delivery date - \held for a future delivery date\ is not acceptable when a delivery date was promised). We were thinking on a partnership with a company from Cluj Napoca (meaning a return delivery every day/ or every second day) but because of the local UPS delivery group' incompetence we have given up on this idea. Why don't you fire the whole team (mainly the managers) and employ people who are willing to make UPS successful? It is shame that a big company like this accepts this attitude.

Parcel which is already 9 days late, is kept at the depot without any reason (I've even pre-paid the custom charges), but they managed to \misroute\ the package. Where? I'm sending parcels every second day to Hong Kong (from London), and they manage to do all three scans (arrival, import and destination) within 3 hours - but this depot is unbelievable. My parcel is in their depot for 5 days so far, and they didn't manage to deliver it. Do not use UPS Romania, other small couriers are much more efficient.

UPC is highly unprofessional. I have been waiting for having my parcel delivered all day long and they lied saying they had made 2 attempts. No one called me, neither did they call at my doorbell. In Cluj, they don't give you the option to pick up your package yourself from their local address, hence there's no option for you other than wait and hope the driver will decide to call your number or doorbell. If he doesn't find the address, or doesn't find a parking lot, he just decides he couldn't find you. Your only option will then be to have your package returned to the sender, and God knows if you receive your money back or not.

It felt like I was on candid camera and someone was messing with me ... it took almost 2 weeks for a package from Amazon to arrive from Cluj to Cluj... it took the same package 2 days to arrive from Italy I called UPS at least 6 times: - 1st time apparently the address was not complete, I told them again the address, included my phone no and they said I should wait - after another delivery on hold email from Amazon I called again and again I was told I should wait and that is not mandatory for their delevery guys to call you because they have only their personal phones - I even told them that I will go and pick up the package myself from the warehouse, but they told me that there is no such thing in Cluj - this went on for another week and 2 cases opened at UPS. Finally after 2 weeks a call center operator had the curtusey to tell me that they collaborate with a company here in Cluj...worldmediatrans. I tried to call them at least 15 time to ask if they have my package...no answer- I even have screenshots for proof - eventually I got called by the driver, apperantly after 2 weeks he was able to get my number and was able to call me even from his personal phone... in the end I met the driver on some street where he was delivering packages and I got my package as well. Even if it won’t change much, this review will go to Amazon as well, maybe this way UPS Romania will treat its customers with a little bit of respect.

Worst service ever. They delayed my package delivery each day and when I called them they didn't care... no status update, no new delivery date (they didn't even knew the info from the tracking page). I asked if I could pick it up by myself as their deposit is close to my home and couldn't help me with that either. Thank you, UPS! You suck, big time!

Absolutely dismal. A simple package has been in town for a week. There were two \attempted\ deliveries (which did not happen). The help desk hung up on me (!)... twice. The more I complain the later they push the delivery date, so I suspect malice: they are intentionally punishing customers who simply want the service they paid for. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

From once one of the best delivery company now they are the worst. Drivers are not making the slightest effort (finding a parking spot!) to deliver and they don't call the customers.

Extremely rigid internal operations. The delivery package has been in the city for 1 week already and could not successfully be delivered within \3\ attempts, regardless of my initiative to ensure every detail has been correctly filled. Customer service is basically pointless, it is just a way of reminding them you have not received the package, so they can only repeat the same mistakes over and over again and waste a gigantic amount of your time and energy. Ridiculous, I don't understand why they even get paid.
