I've been a few times here and I always enjoyed it. Maybe now they changed customer service...? Today I just asked for an espresso (ristretto) without caffeine. The guy at the coffee machine showed up upset and said he couldn't make it, because it had no sense. I was surprised because I asked the same just a few days ago, and I had no problems at all. The guy kept me asking why I did want that sort of coffee, politely but in a bit of aggressive fashion. As my girlfriend was using the toilet, I didn't want to leave the place without buying anything: so, I had to explain to the guy why I wanted the coffee, before he could do it. He kept saying he was a proper \barista\, and never heard such a weird thing... At that point, I also said it was ok to have it with caffeine, but the guy had already entered in a polemic attitude. Finally, he gave me the espresso (ristretto), and it was so tiny that seemed almost inexistent. I presume he did that to show he was right and I was wrong, but that was not funny: indeed, the last time I was there, I had a right service. All this was not nice, and although all the conversation was polite, I think Tucano coffee should select more carefully its employees. This one was definitely not appropriate.

The croissants here at @tucanocoffee.puertorico are so good. And obviously coffee here amazing. Coffee beans are perfectly roasted and the latte is extremely creamy. If you are in a hurry and you want to grab a healthy salad, then this is the right place. The meat is fresh and the combination with rucola is very tasty. On the side you get sour cream that integrates with the cheese and creates an unique taste.

I like this place a lot. Whenever I am in Cluj I try to give it a visit and have one of the best cappuccino's I ever had and a delicious piece of cake.

Poor service. Waiting time over 30 minutes. And the problem is that you pay first and can’t leave :) Also the waitress spilled my drink and never return to clean or at least bring some napkins.

They have a wide variety of cheesecakes and mille crepe cakes that are made in-house. I really love them and are incredibly delicious and made with great ingredients. The staff is really nice and I always feel very welcome there. They also have a great variety of drinks, from coffee to tea and fresh drinks. They sometimes also feature a \Drink of the Month\ and it's worth giving it a try. For me, it's sometimes a hit, sometimes a miss, but those are my tastes. Do keep in mind that they are place where you need to put your order inside, and then wait at your table to get your order. If it's cold, you can also ask for blankets from them.
