Prompt service, good quality

Some of the most professional and honest employees I've dealt with. Went with some watches and they only repaired the ones that they could without ripping me off of money. High quality place!

Very good service. They have changed the battery of my Tissot PR100 without a scratch after the service. The watch was properly closed and tested in a pressure machine to make sure that the seals/gaskets are correctly in place. The service was fast, I had to wait 15 minutes tops (there were not so many people at their shop in that particular Saturday so the service was fast).

I took my brand new watch to have the battery replaced. It was a very small Seiko watch. When they did this, they also broke a small element in it. They failed to tell me this, as well as the fact that the watch was not actually working. I returned to the shop in 10 minutes, when I saw that the hands had not moved. They shammed a test of the battery, but did not offer to have a look at the mechanic part. It seemed dubious to me. I therefore took the watch to another professional, who showed me that they put some plastic to keep the element they had broken in place. They also failed to put back the gasket. My advice - go some other place. Perhaps at some point they cared and were good professionals, not anymore. They are superficial, money-grabbing, dishonest, and smug.
