Worst internet provider in Romania. Instead of investing in those silly, pointless commercials they'd better invest in their infrastructure and call center services. The former is old and affects the internet speed and the latter, well just terrible. Their call center employees are probably the worst behaved agents I've spoken with in my entire life. Rude, clueless and at times they even raise their tone of voice. Absolutely terrible, would never recommend this service to anyone unless I hated their guts.

First Telekom took out all of the Hungarian channels which were included in the standard package when we signed the contract and now they took out BBC Earth and BBC World News. These channels had the best documentaries and the most professional news. Slowly but surely we are left with only low quality channels although we have the 'L package'.. I am very disappointed with Telekom!
Update: they raised the prices 2 times in 6 months, and changed my packages unilaterally. MaxPack and HBO Go are also gone. Internet speed is a joke (theoretically 1000 Mbit/s, practically 1). Technical service is not helpful and arrogant. I’m definitely cancelling my contract. ——————————————— They just took out the 2 main sports channels of the basic package, which were included at the time of signing the contract. The only 2 channels I was interested in... When I asked what I can do, the answer was that I can either sue them, pay extra for the channels, or keep the contract without the channels. I still can’t believe they can just do something like this

Horrible, horrible customer service. After they failed to install internet as promised without any explanation at all, I couldn’t even reach anyone on their customer service line. The “pseudo-English” options endlessly loop back on each other, and it is purely impossible to reach an operator.
Like the whole company they are careless and arrogants. Their only aim is to force you somehow to buy any service from them, or to stay in their system. They are trying to frighten you with missinformation trying to trick you in all the possibile ways. If you are older they have no patience and are profiting of this by aggresive sales methods. There are no customized offerts and their services, offerts and prices are deep below concurrency's. Once you signed a contract with them is almost impossibile to cancel it, even if its expired.Try to do not have any contact with them, you save energy, time and money!
