We were a little put off by the other review here but we couldn't have had better service. We waited less than a minute to be seen and the staff were efficient and friendly. It was also very reasonable. Great experience! Also, we were sent the results by email within 3 hours.

For the medical tests of any kind: Don't go there with a private medical insurance. You'd have to wait a minimum of 40 minutes even if you're the only customer(!!). Don't trust they will send you the results by email (you'd have to call 2 times and ask them to) Basically really low customer service skills.

Exagerat de mare coada. Toata sala de asteptare era plina cu oameni si erau si pe hol si pe scari oameni care asteptau sa isi faca analize... Ca sa ajungeti la laboratorul de analize intrati in spital, apoi se face stanga pe scari si la etajul unul imediat pe dreapta e si laboratorul. In interiorul spitalului sunt semne, dar afara nu am vazut nimic marcat.

La telefon mi-au spus ca exista posibilitatea de a primi analizele in limba engleza iar la punctul de recoltare nu a mai fost posibil.
