Good place for rest and enjoy the free time.
A beautiful place to relax in the busy part of the Old Town of Cluj Napoca. There are benches and there are plenty of pigeons. The statue is big and it is situated behind the Orthodox cathedral \Adormirea Maicii Domnului\. The fountain is lit during the night time and it is beautiful. The cors are very nice. A nice place to relax.
Pretty cool structure, the infrastructure could've been better. Loved the flowers and background. The statue itself has a lot of history and i've checked everything on wikipedia. I'm just trying to reach the minimum word limit, please like my review so i reach a higher level i love you all, have fun !
I wasn't impressed by the statue of Avram Iancu. Esthetically the construction looks out of balance, with the uneven column supporting a statue that is perched forward in an awkward fashion. The hero holds a sword but carries it by the blade, not by the handle - why?
What can I say, it's a good spot to take a rest, nicely arranged.
