I went for a outboard motor repair and maintenance, I was satisfied with the workmanship but they answer the phone with great difficulty. I think they are the only ones repairing outboard motors in the area so the prices are not the lowest but still decent.

The positives: The guys at SF are friendly and they don't charge for work unless they fix the problem. They also let me keep my bike at their garage for some time. The negatives: I took 2 bikes to SF - same make and model (Suzuk GSF 600), 1 year difference in age. My original bike's engine had no compression - I was advised it would potentially cost several hundred Euros just to diagnose the issue. Instead, I bought a parts bike and requested the engine be swapped over. This was done, along with some general service jobs and cleaned, synchronized carbs. When testing the bike however, the revs were hanging and idling at 3000 rpm. After a month in the garage, SF conceded that they couldn't fix the issue. I took one bike back in pieces, the other was rideable, but firing only on 3 pistons and with hanging revs. On later inspection, I found that some pieces from the parts bike were returned to me broken, such as the carbs and the rear brake pedal. Additionally, parts of the other bike were missing, namely an exhaust pipe clamp. I took my main bike to another mechanic who fixed the hanging revs issue within half a day. He also advised that my carbs had not been properly cleaned. It's now running very well. I wasted a lot of time this summer by taking my bike to SF and it also cost a lot of money. While they are great guys, I cannot in good faith recommend them as a mechanic.

Un service excelent!mereu ti se explica clar care sunt problemele la motocicleta si costurile. Transparenta fata de clienti, mecanici pricepuți. Recomand cu încredere, din punctul meu de vedere este cel mai bun service din Cluj. Customer experience 10!
