I am so so pleasantly surprised by this institution and its employees. I called on Monday and the lady answering was really helpful! She answered politely, offered me all the info i needed in full details and at the end she asked if there is anything else that she can help me with. For a Romanian public institution, this is GOLDEN! I made an online appointment and i was taken in at that precise time with no delays what so ever. The lady that took my photo and documentation was so politely and smiled for the entire visit, which btw was incredibly short. I was scheduled at 10:22 and at 10:28 I was out of the building. I am still amazed of how efficient and incredibly customer oriented they are! If i could i would give them 10 stars!

We were at Zalau city because at Cluj was too busy for us .We made an appointment, spent there 20 min and we can pick the passport at Cluj ,so it was very good for us .

Very crowded place especially in the summer time. The people are nice, but that's not enough. They should have a better management. The place is small and there isn't a waiting room, no AC, no parking space. Such a shame for a city like Cluj to have a pasport service like this in the summer time!!!

There is an online list, booked in advance for 3 months. There is an offline list which is open at midnight. You write your name there come back at 8 for your number. If you arrive at 6:30 you'll get number 75. This means 11:30.

Niste gunoaie, ne cunoatem de muu-uulti ani. Pe deasupra ca tre' sa astepti 14 zile, zici ca le picteaza, acum au si inchis, saracii, ca-s alertati .
