The owner of the place is very friendly and always knows what to advise you. The staff is kind and they never overcharge you if anything they provide good service. They are generally ok but their mechanics could use some more training on the job since they are not attentive to details. I am a regular customer here and will continue to be.
After quite a few bad experiences with service garages în Cluj, finally found this place. PROS: Good mechanics with a profesional attitude Good and fair prices for quality parts Good atmosphere. Fair damage assesment. Been there a few times and always felt I was treated fairly and they took good care of my vehicle. Would most definitely reccomend this as one of the best service garages în Cluj I have worked with.
Quick diagnosis for my wife's Megane 3 and very quick repair for a problem that persisted since the beginning of last year. I must mention that my car was diagnosed and ,,repaired'' by other car repair shops (including Renault service) with the same problem but never really fixed. Also, here at AutoTech they identified other problems (some that I knew existed) and fixed them also in a record time. Communication between client and car repair shops is usually not transparent and fair. This is not the case. They inform you with everything there is to know. So, I am really happy that I found a professional and more important serious car repair shop that I can trust to repair my car(s). Thanks again guys !
