I know Tibor for a long time. Even if his bike repair shop is very far from the center of Cluj/Kolozsvár/Klausenburg, I went to him a few times, because his an extremely skilled and talented mechanic. His prices are bikers-friendly... :) I was always satisfied with the service he provided.
