One of the most important landmarks of Cluj and my favourite spot for a peaceful moment, this is a must-see. It is also one of the two cathedrals of the city, built in an amazing gothic style started in the 1300s. The church tower is the highest one in Romania. It is located right in the center of the city, in the middle of a large square with lots of shops, restaurants, museums and Roman ruins. You can enjoy the bustling city life, great centuries old architecture and stained glass, relax or have a moment of recollection.

Really nice. Like it. Unfortunately, it is not as well lit as the Orthodox one, which is only 700 meters from it.

A beautiful gothic church right in the Unirii Square, the center of the city. It is one of the most important landmarks of Cluj and if opened you may have a gorgeous view over the city from the tower. Unfortunately it is being renovated at the moment.
