I just left from the store located in Iulius Mall from Cluj-Napoca. I saw a dress which I liked and wanted to purchase but when I reached the cashier the sales assistant refused to sell it to me. When I asked for the reason she said it is because the product is sold out which makes no sense since I was holding the last piece in my hands. When I requested to talk to the store manager she said to me they cannot sell it because it’s last product on sale and it is sold out. It really made no sense. In the end one of the girls just took the dress from my hands, put it inside a shopping bag and hide it from me. I left cause I didn’t want to argue. I incline to believe the girls wanted to keep it for one of their colleagues. Their attitude overall was highly unprofessional and never anything like this happened to me in any store. First time I go to a PIMKIE store and surely the last one cause if they do this to me they do it to many other costumers and no point to go inside a store where the sales assistant decide if they want to sell something to you or not.
