You can negotiate anything if you have skills, will and time. Interesting stories, vibe and things to buy.

The local weekly flea market: it starts early in the morning. The best deals are found then. At around noon people start to leave and they are more willing to haggle. You pay 1 Ron to get in, and 10 Ron to put up a stand and sell. There are the usuals, antiques, toys for kids, plants, a leather stand, and the people that change every week. You can always find something nice.
Amazing, huge place. You may need a whole day to see everything. Old and new, if you're looking for something, there you can find it
Interesting experience. To be honest, I don’t really know how to express myself about it.
One of the best experiences you can get in Cluj on Saturday morning. The opening hour is 6am but if you arrive at 7 30 is the best for finding good stuff :). Enjoy!
