I went there expecting the worst specially after reading the reviews of the people before me. However, I didn’t experience anything unusual at all, it went very smoothly, just make sure you have all of the required documents and everything will be fine. The waiting time was reasonable (about 25-30 mins for me). The opening hours are strange though, only 2 hours for document submission from 10 AM to 12 PM on weekdays. P.S. 1.You don’t need to write anything on the ticket number you receive from the machine (I wondered about that too so :) ) 2. A good time to go there is at 10:40 AM because counters don’t open at 10 AM sharp. Hope this was helpful

Waited for ages just to be told it closed and they dont let any more people in. Came in 5 hours earlier just to make it in time for their ticket counter.

This place just impossible to get what you apply for , you have to go to line up at least one hour earlier than the program otherwise you will wait for 2 hrs for nothing. They are extremely slow and stupid that make you come again and again. Good luck for the next applicators.

Slow and very unfriendly racists. When i was talking to the employer in English he yells \dute la America\. I already didnt get what i wanted because after 2 1/2h Hours of waiting they closed.
